You might remember that back in April, I announced that I had signed my books over to Whiskered Mysteries. It’s a small independent publishing company owned by cozy mystery author Molly Fitz.
As a result, I pulled all of my books off retailers. The ebooks haven’t been for sale in six months. Paperbacks have only been available based on stock that stores already had. Some are out of print.
But that’s all about to change!
I’m thrilled to say that Cookies and Curses, and Scones and Spells are returning to Amazon on October 27th as the first two books in the newly renamed Mixing Up Magic series. Weddings and Witchcraft will be following them shortly.
In addition, theses books have undergone some changes. As I like to say, they’ve been Saffyfied, meaning I’ve revised them and added more of Joanie’s sassy calico, Saffy, into the story. A few scenes have been expanded, but nothing plot changing has occurred. You do not need to rebuy and reread the books to understand what will be coming in the new books. Although if you do, I hope you enjoy the expanded content!
One of the biggest changes, however, is on the outside. The books have all gotten brand new covers! Melony at Paradise Cover Design did an amazing job bringing Joanie, Saffy, and Heartwood Hollow to life.
Aren’t they gorgeous!?
As a reminder, my contract with Whiskered Mysteries is for NINE books and does not include the prequels at this time (though there will be news about those soon!).
There is a lot of Joanie and Heartwood Hollow to come, and I can’t wait to share it with you all.
